We are pleased to welcome attorney John Desforge to Horrigan and Norman. Mr. Desforge, based in Lynn, brings over 25 years of international and legal experience along with a passion to help clients achieve the best outcome.
John will be focused on helping clients find clear, practical solutions to their legal challenges.

Before becoming a full-time attorney, John spent years managing complex legal and operational matters for large-scale educational programs around the world, including partnerships with MIT and companies in Singapore. Through this work, he developed the ability to solve problems creatively, communicate effectively across cultures, and manage sensitive issues with care. These skills now benefit his legal clients, who often face difficult and highly personal decisions.
At Horrigan & Norman, John’s practice includes immigration law, wills and trusts, divorce, guardianship, and bar advocacy.
Whether helping someone navigate the immigration process, plan for the future through estate planning, or resolve family law matters, Mr. Desforge brings empathy and clarity to every case. He is known for listening closely and always putting the client’s best interests first.
