Bur for 11 years he represented defendants for an insurance company. So, he is well versed in how insurance companies evaluated cases for settlement. Because all personal injury, workers’ compensation and social security disability cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, no fees are payable unless you win by settlement or judgement. Nancy has regularly appeared in the U.S. Immigration Court for over 30 years and has extensively represented people the U.S. Government if attempting to remove from the United States. She will carefully walk you through your immigration case and direct you to the pathway with the greatest chance of success given your unique circumstances. She has handled every type of immigration case but has developed an additional subspecialty in Special Immigrant Juvenile matters that require additional representation in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. She has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and has argued many cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Nancy understands the importance of ensuring families stay together and is passionate about providing personalized representation before USCIS, ICE, the Immigration Courts and US Consulates.
